Eddie is the Founder and Chief SKOR'er, an Aussie now based in New York. A visionary entrepreneur, Eddie is passionate about workplace culture and creating environments where people and teams thrive.

Before founding SKOR, he co-founded and led Tinybeans, a family-focused app that went public under his leadership, earning a reputation for fostering strong company cultures and driving engagement. Previously, he was the CEO of Unique World, a technology consulting firm, which he scaled successfully before its acquisition by Jacobs Engineering in 2011.

At SKOR, Eddie is committed to helping leaders prioritize culture as a strategic advantage. By providing benchmarked insights, SKOR empowers organizations to create environments where people can do their best work—driving both high performance and profitability.

Grady brings ideas to life and inspires her team to achieve greatness. Her unique blend of analytical and creative skills has been pivotal in her success at both industry-leading media and sponsorship organizations as well as tech startups in growth phases.

At SKOR, Grady continues to leverage her expertise in creating innovative solutions and developing new opportunities. Her approach, which seamlessly integrates data with creativity, has proven effective in influencing outcomes and boosting revenue. 

Jesse Richards

Jesse is SKOR's Chief Architect, a dynamic product leader with extensive experience in driving innovation, global expansion, and revenue growth for both B2C and B2B SaaS companies.

 

His expertise lies in developing and executing product strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging advanced technologies like AI and machine learning to optimize user experiences and drive engagement. Jesse is passionate about creating user-centric solutions that scale for enterprise-level growth.

Samantha Garcia

Samantha Garcia

Samantha is SKOR's Amplification Associate, with several years of global experience in lead generation, campaign management, and client relations. She is known for her strong communication skills and commitment to data-driven strategies

 

Samantha supports our Partners and their enablement while supporting all marketing activities at SKOR.  She drives collaboration, aligns marketing campaigns, and focuses on partner engagement and cross-team alignment.

Ernest is SKOR's Expansion Associate, a seasoned Sales and Business Development professional with over a decade of experience, consistently driving success by developing and executing growth strategies across diverse teams and industries.

 

In his role as Culture Advisor, Ernest focuses on sales and business development, leveraging his expertise to foster strong organizational cultures that drives performance. His dual focus on culture and sales enables him to create environments where teams can thrive and achieve exceptional results, while advancing business objectives.

Dr. Moses Altsech holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Penn State University and is a nationally recognized Professor in the Top 10-Ranked Marketing Department of theWisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and President of Altsech Consulting, with clients across the globe. 

 

With over 30 years of experience and more than twenty academic and professional awards, Moses has helped organizations in more than two dozen industries engage in strategic planning, conduct cutting-edge research in customer satisfaction, brand perception, and employee engagement, enhance staff recruitment and leadership development, manage change, and aggressively explore new opportunities for growth. 

Alyson Daichendt

Dr. Alyson Daichendt

With over 25 years in Human Capital and Organizational Transformation, Alyson has worked across industries, both as a consultant and within global brands. Her expertise spans talent strategy, leadership, culture, engagement, and organization design, with a focus on Consumer, Retail, Restaurant, and Resources sectors.

Alyson has held leadership roles at Deloitte, Coca-Cola, and Nike, guiding large-scale change initiatives and shaping high-performance cultures. She has also written extensively on culture and engagement and serves as an executive coach to C-suite leaders.

Holding a doctorate in Organization and Change Leadership from USC, Alyson is passionate about aligning people strategies with business success and helping organizations navigate the future of work.
